A relationship formed between an executive client who has managerial authority and responsibility in an organization with a Senior Client Partner who utilizes extensive coaching techniques/methods to assist the executive client achieve a mutually identified set of goals. The client will improve his/her professional performance and personal satisfaction. The consultant will improve the effectiveness of the client’s organization within a formally defined coaching agreement. 

Focusing on the development of the Client in a one-on-one setting. The Client will experience how their life can be improved by their own personal desires and dreams.

Assisting clients in identifying personal goals, developing leadership skills and planning career moves. May include helping clients with new employment opportunities, providing feedback on resumes or cover letters and strategizing for a successful job interview.
Helping Clients improve their leadership capabilities. The Client will deep-dive into acumen, i.e., organizational/operational ideologies, institutional culture, diversity and inclusion, etc., to help them achieve their leadership goals as an existing or aspiring leader.

Providing professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency sought by a mentee coach. The mentee coach will capitalize on their coaching skills, rather than coaching on practice building, life balance, or other topics unrelated to the development of a mentee’s coaching skills.
